Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

You may returns products purchased from us only if the products:

• Do not meet your expectations; or
• Are damaged or defective.

To arrange a return of any products, please email the following details to orders@dechabre.com.au:

• Your name;
• Your phone number;
• The order number;
• The products you wish to return;
• The reason you wish to return the products;
• Whether you require a replacement, refund or credit.

We will then be in contact with you to arrange the return of the products.

Please note that this policy only applies to purchased made through our website. Our retail stockists are independent and have their own return policies.
