POSTAGE & HANDLING CHARGES
The postage and handling charges are calculated based on your final order value. A charge of $9.90 applies to all orders less than $100.00. For orders over $100.00, postage and handling is free.
Processing of Your Order
Orders will generally be dispatched within 2 business days of your order,
subject to our receiving confirmation of payment. In the unlikely event of an item being unavailable, we will dispatch the
balance of your order promptly and then sending the balance of your order
when the item is available. No additional postage or handling will apply.
Choosing Colours Online
The pictures on this website are of our actual products. However, you shouldbe aware that computer monitors display colours differently depending ontheir individual settings.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may return products purchased from this website only if they do
not meet your expectations or if they are damaged or defective.
To arrange a return of the items, please contact your consultant.They will then arrange for the collection ofthe products from you by a courier.
All products returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of our despatch and must be:
- Unused, unopened and in original condition; and
- Accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip / tax invoice provided
with the order.
Upon our receiving the returned goods and subject to our being satisfied with their condition and that the claim was made within the fourteen (14) days period, we will process a full refund.
This policy only applies to purchases made online and at our workshops. Our retail stockists are independent and have their own return policies.
Access to Online Ordering
We reserve the right to decline to accept orders from customers at our absolute
discretion.
Typically, we will exercise that discretion if:
- A customer returns goods to us and we deem the complaint not to have been appropriate;
- A customer returns goods to us on a regular basis;
- A delay occurs or other problems arise (for example, a challenge is made to a credit card authorisation) in our receiving payment for an order.

Dechabre Pty Ltd operates a website in order to provide information and facilitate online purchases of its products. Dechabre Pty Ltd also provides itscustomers with training in the choice and application of cosmetics, via itsworkshops and material.
